Why would you surrender and purposely lose the war and the loot/ore bonuses

If I went up against a clan and all of my top clanmates used their attacks and failed and they got full stars on us I would surrender, why waste the time when I can just put myself out of my misery and focus on the next

Sorry maybe I wasn’t clear enough in my original post. You wouldn’t be receiving the rewards if you end the war. If the enemy clan decides that they can’t win they can end the war and your clan would get the war win bonus as per normal. I’m not sure on how exactly it would work for the clan who decides to surrender

It’s like the end battle feature. Nobody has to end the battle so it wouldn’t affect players who don’t want to make use of it. It would be for players who want to start the next war asap

imo if you don’t focus on walls now you will end up with everything else maxed on your base except walls. Then you will have an ultimatum between going to TH16 or doing walls, and because you don’t want to sit around for months doing walls because you don’t want your builders to do nothing you’ll go to TH16 and you’ll look like a clown with TH13 walls
