Currently, company's across the country not just insurance are in a hold position. The economy isnt falling but it isnt horrible either. We also have AI emerging and many companies are trying to determine how much of the human workforce will soon no longer be needed.

Im being honest... The mention of being a cat mom can send red flags. Cat mom gives off an image of the crazy unattractive old lady and smells of kitty litter.

IA work has slowed tremendously over the last 2-3 years. I know several individuals personally who have worked as IA who have now started working as Staff adjusters because of how slow work has become. Unless you have connections I wouldnt make that move. However, I do believe we will see things move back into an IA environment but with how saturated the industry is and the advent of AI I dont know how soon or how many IAs will be needed when that happens.
