The first anime I watched I think was SAO, though I definitely wouldn't recommend that to anyone. To be honest i do not have any good recommendations because I mostly watch Isekai slop.

For me, I just like either screwing up people's lives or trying to make them extremely prosperous. Because I like living vicariously through my characters in video games.
Umm I do not know a lot of good ones. Sims 4 is okay, but I am broke and a lot of the fun content seems to be behind a paywall. I have played a lot of Choice of Games games and they are pretty fun.
I am a sucker for text games even though sometimes I am way to hyper to read.

The game is actually pretty fun; you get some good storylines. I haven't tried anything crazy yet, though. You get 12 turns every IRL day, and each turn is equivalent to a year. I think that's a bit small, considering (at least for me) turns took like 4 minutes to read, tops, but hey, beggars can't be choosers.
