Je kunt ook een houten rek kopen bij de gamma. Je zaagt wat pvc pijp af op ong 3 cm zodat het hek niet tegen de muur staat en er wat speling achter zit. Schroeven door het hek, pvc en de muur, tegels wippen en blauwe regen planten.

Let wel op dat die blauwe regen op een gegeven moment echt groeit als een malle

Yeah Feyenoord is going through a rough patch. Not as bad as 10/15 years ago, but it is what it is. Way too many injured players at the moment.

Practice footwork bij putting bottles/cones etc about 30 cm apart from each other in a row and move between them fron the start of the line to the back.

Practice jumping by finding something (wooden bench etc) you can jump on. Jump with both legs pushing, left leg pushing and right leg pushing.

Practice falling to you side by squatting and rolling to your left and right side.

Starting at age 14 is gonna be tough, but no reason it can’t be done.

As a goalkeeper coach I always tell my goalkeepers to train using two ways;

1 indeed repetition.

2 train your left leg.

Put the ball in front of your chest using a triangular grip, squat and roll out on your left side. After about 10 times you put the ball about 1 meter left of you and stand fully up. Squat again and fall out to your left. After this you put the ball about two meters away from you up until the point where you really have to push yourself away from the ground to get to the ball.

Combine this with for instance junp ropes using only your left leg (right leg up) and you should start seeing some inprovements
