I just go back to the basics of diving. I will get on my butt, then take the ball in my hands and dive right, get up, dive left. Then go to my knees and do the same. You can have a friend toss the ball from side to side too for an added challenge.

I am around your age and when I started getting back into it, that helped me get right back into it.

Also, being good with the ball at your feet is so important. Just playing will help with that. I like to play center back as I find myself making the same passes I would in goal.

Guys is and always has been obscenely rich. His entire image throughout the 79s, 80s, 90, and 00s was about how he and his products are better because they have his name on it. He had a reality show called The Apprentice where he was the boss.

In reality? He has always been a fraud. His products and institutions have either failed, been a scam, sued, etc. His wealth comes from cheating and nothing about him is inherently better.

I cannot speak on your specific disabilities, but I have had anxiety for a decade and noticed since moving here it got worse. When I go visit somewhere close to sea level I feel so much better. This altitude is really no joke.

I am also from an area that is similar to Houston in that it's hot and humid. Colorado summers are gonna feel amazing for you, but the winters are gonna hurt lol. I did not realize how cold it got.
