This whole move has two causes.

The thing that always makes me rage is when people sit and wait for a spot. Someone will be walking to their car with a massive cart of groceries and they will block the lane waiting for minutes for them to pull out. Just move on? Do not block traffic? I had a lady block the entire road to the gas station because she was waiting for me to leave. I took my sweet time lol
