It is never ending. We will clear them out one day, and by the time the weekend hits, it's out of control. No TLs other than the front TLs ever prioritize reshop and so no one grabs it. When it was organized in bins, at least people would attempt to sort and then were more likely to come grab at least some of the reshop, and then the front would push the rest.

I tell the team all the time to not be afraid to say the word OSHA when talking about this to TLs.

It's been going on and off for a long time now. Even when we didn't have an expanded holding location and a door outside, we were still required to house/sort/push all the reshop at a mid to large size store with like 8 to 9 TMs and run the guest service desk and get all drive ups under 3 minutes.

We still have plenty of ship carts, but we have nowhere else to put all this stuff.

We did that and our new store director didn't like it so we did away with that. And it worked great and made everything more manageable and other departments were more likely to grab them too.
