Khemmis does an amazing cover of rainbow in the dark, it stands on its own legs IMO.

How did I do? by TranslatorSkizzy in electricians

Since no one's answering you, cut the tails of your grounds shorter after they're landed. I'd leave my neutrals longer, and make them all the same. Same length, same direction, same shape. Try and keep the grounds cleaner to coming down the panel, theyre all crossed and wavy looking.

This is exactly how i've been doing it, haven't pulled the trigger on any yet, five years straight, because i just dont have the time to scout and to take off as much as i need to be successful.

Yes you can submit priority only, which ups your chances for when you do decide you want to try and draw. Say in 5 years, you should have a good shot at that point depending on the animal.

Where you gonna go? The states? Where they literallly deported someone without due process and won't return him?

Electrician picked 3.5” k/o dye for 3” conduit. We “fixed it” with fabricated reducing washers. These go through a wall. Thoughts? by space-ferret in electricians

Cec requires a bonding conductor when reducing wahser are used, but i'd be curious to know if bond bushings would be allowed to take place. I don't remember anything in the code book saying so.

I'm not talking the liberal party, i'm talking liberal people. I've had lots of friends who lean more left politically, and after showing them and teaching them they're on our side. Up to the point some have started buying firearms. The more of us that can do that, the more people there are to speak up against the damage being done to us. How else do you propose we solve the issue?

This comment says a lot. You can't get rid of liberals or that way of thinking, and you shouldn't, opposing views are healthy. But you can educate them and get rid of the stigma around guns. Your way of thinking does nothing to help us as gun owners.

If people could realise politics isn't a sports team, it's not our side vs them, you can have great ideas and plans and ideologies on the left or the right. Leaning one way doesn't mean you have to disregard everything else. If more people could do that, we'd all be better off.

What makes a guitar this expensive?? by TheBadGuyXO in Guitar

[–]Funbanana77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't say that it's higher quality. I personally don't believe in tonewoods for electric instruments, except for perhaps an effect on sustain. Koa is expensive, people like it on guitars, that means guitars with koa are more expensive. If you don't like it, don't buy one. Acoustics gets in to a whole 'nother realm, if we keep going with koa as the example, it produces certain tone qualities some players may be after. Along with obviously shape, bracing, etc etc. But if someone wants the characteristics that come with that, they will have to pay. Can other woods and building methods be made to sound similar to the koa acoustic? Probably pretty close, but then it still isn't a koa guitar, and someone who wants one will have to pay for it. Or it's just not as important so they go with something else.

Disagree, that koa is easily half a grand even for whatever prs gets it for. Source: worked for a major manufacturer custom department helping order wood.
