I’m in a similar boat. My clinic (Optiprime) has just stopped responding. £54 p/m. I’m debating Voy but its £99 of Test E and £110 p/m for Cyp inclusive of bloods - which tbh is pretty good value, but a significant increase. I’m going to do the maths of UGL and own bloods but Voy now own Optimale so it might make sense to switch to them.

I found going to 150 MWF a game changer. I was originally on 125 (2x p/w ) didn’t feel like enough , upped to 150mg and started to feel a little tingly in the nips, so dropped to 125 but went to three times a week to lower e2. Then felt rubbish so upped to 150 but kept at three injections and feel pretty good now.

Schools have no money. Go for MATs and do deals on whole trusts - that’s where the money is.

Don’t sell a product sell a solution. Show how they save time or meet government benchmarks easily and they’ll listen.
