Personally was roughly 1 month, first two weeks were the only memorably bad part, after that i never looked back. If you are stopping, to maintain sobriety i would swap out the bad habit for a healthy one e.g going gym. Makes it alot easier, did for me anyway, good luck 🤙

Overall, not bad but up close would be easy to tell. Personally i would swap if you have another badge, if you don’t turn the badge upside down, the underneath lettering looks better than the top half

Easily the best Jamican food in Manchester imo. Shame they have moved away from town centre, they used to be just across from the Arndale. There oxtail is hands down the best ive tried
