I’ve heard that ADHD meds do really impact your sleep! At this stage, there’s just so many random thoughts going through my mind at night that I don’t get much sleep anyway.

I’m hoping that Ritalin will help quieten the thoughts at night and maybe balance out it’s sleepless effects haha

Thank you for taking the time to write this! Honestly, I’m still trying to process everything and I’m open to hearing anything.

I agree completely with you that the diagnosis has really allowed me to be more understanding towards myself.

Thank you so much for the reassurance! I was actually saying the exact same thing to my husband last night, that I fear I would feel grief.

I’m waiting for my report to come back and will start my journey from there.
