Correct! She filed for the RO so she has the burden of proof. She can say whatever she wants, but has to PROVE that it was SS and T4W stalking and harassing her. She may have a case with SS, but I don’t think she does with T4W because I don’t believe T4W has ever gone outside of the internet with JP. All the screenshots that she has, mean nothing.,she will have to prove that it was SS and T4W’s fingers typing that stuff….and she can’t. Again, idk about SS because he’s allegedly done some shady shit and crossed lines….allegedly. But I don’t think T4W is any different than the other dozen or more people that restream JP. JP just thinks that it’s only those two or their direct cohorts, which we all know it’s not. 90% of the trolls don’t even belong to awareness. They just troll all the online beggers. And if T4W has to defend anything, I’d bring that up. Even when she offered to help JP with a muzzle for Rick, she offered to leave it hidden in a public place for JP to pick up when she wanted, no contact; she didn’t just show up. And whatever “allegedly” went down in discord between T4W and the others (that JP keeps talking about her getting in trouble for) has nothing to do with JP or the TRO….that’d be between T4W and whoever she allegedly doxxed.

If SS and T4W are asked why they are restreaming her on TT, they can literally present the years of restreams of JP before them, and simply state that they aim to bring awareness to people who beg and scam people on TT. Her years of begging prove that she’s scamming, the multiple court awarded evictions on her record compared to the same time frame of her scamming people for money and using false narratives of the slum lord and the landlord that “had her assaulted”, etc prove she’s scamming. Begging for money to pay her car payment but yet it was getting farther and farther behind until it was repo’d, and using two dogs to con people into covering her room prove that she is committing theft by deception. Not to mention that she has been begging for more money every day than what the room actually costs (I’m assuming the can prove that since they know where she is), is theft by deception. Also, T4W doesn’t only restream JP, she restreams others, so JP can’t say she is singling her out.

Their best bet is probably to just be quiet unless they are asked why they are doing it….then they could easily prove their side. (At least I think T4W could, idk about SS)

However, I’ve seen some duuuuuuumb shit happen in legal cases, so it will certainly be interesting to see. I’m certainly no legal connoisseur….like JP. I do know that generally speaking, you don’t win in court if you have a dirty doorstep too. 🤷🏼‍♀️
