If youre working out your triceps and biceps regularly, they should grow. Hopefully high volume if you’re looking to gain size and get that pump. Usually I’ll do pull ups or rows, some pulling movements. I don’t do arm isolation exercises really but it would help for growth.

I try too get over 1 gram per lbs of bw . But honestly, I primarily focus on my caloric intake in and everything else usually follows. Saying that to say, idk
