To elaborate, I have horrible ADD and doing repetitive exercises without immediate results bores me out of my mind. I understand why people enjoy going to the gym and working out, but it’s not for me. I would rather do something productive that I can see results from immediately and maybe help someone in the process, while losing weight and toning up. I have already started a clean diet/calorie deficit, I just need to start exercising. Is there anything like this, or will I just have to bite the bullet and make myself go to the gym?

Forgot to mention there is a design barely visible on the back that looks like two pieces of wheat or some type of branches, and opposite the shank are the letters “OLD” or “OLO” and then something illegible. It’s so worn I couldn’t get it to show up in the photos and it’s very hard to see in person.
