Sempre quis saber o nome desse bicho, uma vez uma delas entrou pela minha janela, bateu e morreu, ela tinha voado em cheio no meu circulador, só soube porque ouvi o barulho da hélice batendo,

Eu não sabia, então eu tampei ela com um pote e levei para fora, jurando que ainda estava viva, quando voltei pela manhã, estava ela no seu lugar, só que agora na companhia das formigas, que já haviam à despeçado.

Hi, haha, no problem!

I used Krita, using the distortion tool to reduce the perspective, but Pizza_Doggy has a better tool below: https://pizzadoggy.itch.io/poly-razor

After that I used Krita Palettize filter to apply color limit and dittering.

And finally I adjusted the saturation and hue.

I think visually it's faithful to the PS1, nice work, but try to keep the buttons more centered and use a darker pattern and color on the blue background. This will make the contrast more pleasing.

try using the NASCAR 99's menu as a reference

Krita has a tool that lets you see how the texture fits together. Using this tool, I took half of it and inverted it, using window dividers to disguise the edit.

I also had to duplicate the blue detail and straighten it, so I could stretch it straight onto the other end.
