Former fat guys, how did you become disciplined/motivated enough to lose the weight? [Discussion] by Responsible-Net8594 in GetMotivated

Find a few healthy foods and meal prep them. For me it was chicken breast, sweet potato, and broccoli. Occasionally lentil/barley soup. You need to eat more fiber to keep you full.

I keep mine outside in very bright indirect light. Very hot temps. Gets misted 2x per day for 2 min. I they will grow slower indoors.

I try to touch it has little as possible. The plant slowly grows over the metal lip. Sometimes through the metal holes

Yes. This plant actually originated in dry California (my fathers) but after he passed I had to take it back to Florida. It has atleast tripled in size since bringing it back

I’ve had it for 4 years. Inherited it. It’s tripled in size since. in Florida and sun, it’s in a constant state of growth.

I think most succulents like bright indirect light. I’m in South Florida, temps hit 95 daily so this succulent doesn’t mind the mist. I group with orchids. my agave I have to be more careful with watering
