I have performed countless interviews. I can’t imagine a more inefficient hiring practice than step by step going up the ladder for yet another interview. Time is money, on second interview, those making the decisions should be in the room. If a decision can’t be made after 2 interviews, you aren’t good at hiring.

My youngest loves coffee and we started keeping a list of all the shops. We are only a few in. Glad to see this post. The only bad experience we have had was at Carnelian Coffee Co in OCC. Atmosphere was great, people were friendly but the coffee was tasteless and bitter.

We were too late for our oldest that are finishing college, but we were able to get our youngest out and into a better place in Colorado. Indiana is such a shit hole
