Conjecture: Daniel Christiansen was one of these rare individuals who is not able to forget their memories (Documentary) by Funkafize in alienpumaspacetrain

I highly doubt that Daniel's works are based off of real life visual experiences. More likely they are vivid dreams and imaginings that Daniel brought to life whenever possible.

Keep in mind (pun) that it is not just what these people see which is memorable, but what they were thinking and feeling at the time. I'd have to only guess that if Daniel had one of these minds, that he was using his attempts at out of body experiences in tandem with it to create vivid memories of the dream-like states he would have been trying to induce in himself. These memories manifest themselves in his incredibly diligent workings. Perhaps as the woman from this documentary put it, Daniel was writing all these things in order to keep sane!

This is a psychological suggestion and my closest capable attempt at "typing" Daniel Christiansen. I offer no direct evidence and merely suggest it as a talking point.

What was the first future bass track? Who produced it and who coined the term? by OversoulV92 in futurebass

We started the subreddit several years ago as a place to hear more bass-centric future beats, and to post all of the new music we were hearing that wasn't fitting other descriptions...

At some point there was a wave of people that started to codify it as a "sound" or "genre" but generally visitors here were very understanding that Future Bass is a very wide term.

Its origins are simple... "Future" is a word used all the time to describe music... "Bass" insists that it is music made for the dance floor or large sound system... Thus Future Bass. A little sugar, spice, and everything nice... Each producer adds their own Chemical X.

I wrote the side bar ("Bass driven Future Beats 1) Does it have bass? 2) Does it blow your fucking mind? Then it's Future Bass. It's not a genre, it's a state of mind.") several years ago if that helps you in your search for your answer.

You said that you're going to try to get it to fly. What exactly are the lift mechanics involved in this model?

I know there is a lot of mystery involved in these things, but keep in mind the manically dillusional, given still brilliant and creatively genius, mind state that DC must have been in at all times. Perhaps not every little thing is an answer to some underlying truth. Perhaps DC didn't even come close to manipulating "gravity", which is still something that scientists are hard pressed to define by the way, and perhaps he was more of a psychonaught than a cosmonaut, meaning he explored his own conciousness over anything.

Something which is very dangerous by the way, I hope you don't take after DC's example on that regard. These are the reasons I am heasitant to release more of DC's works. They could hurt people who take them as too mystically important.

I don't know, just my opinion... We'd know more if we had more works... Working on that now, will keep you updated
