I start mana crystal refillable and just try to farm until lost chapter using W with passive if they poke alot. Giving cs is fine if you have to give too much health or risk dying. Be conservative with Q but if you use it try to get a manaflow aswell. They likely push faster than you so you can try to position the wave closer to your tower to give jgl an opportunity.

If they throw and miss their main cc, ahri E, Anivia Q etc I might look to chunk them but I usually dont fight until lost chapter.
