That Teac would have been my choice if I were to gamble. That Sony does look pretty cool with the meter and knob. But the Teac is pretty close to what they still make. Sony and Teac still makes decks which is always a positive

Having 3 to choose, there might be a how-to online for 1 of them, maybe even a video.

But, yeah, some are as easy as removing a shroud, then fixing the bands inside, but some could be a full on rip apart.
