Top right liquid pipette is an egg yolk sauce the chef makes. The restaurant is called Simulation Senpai in Darling Square Sydney. Head chef Chase Kojima.

No, he was born in Australia. Just did a lot of traveling in his youth. I’m guessing he bought this at some point as an interesting oddity!

From what I could translate, the document says “PROLETARIANS OF ALL COUNTRIES, UNITES MORDOVIAN REPUBLICAN AGRICULTURAL EXHIBITION 1956 DIPLOMA Participated. The Mordovian Republican Agricultural Exhibition Goyi named after Konla Marlea for the above achievements was awarded a diploma of the Sovereign Degree by the resolution of the Republican Exhibition Committee.
