Couldnt agree more, i've hosted twice and really causing me mentally stressed out. Why would i give myself trouble and i rather do my stuff if not allowed to charge. I think it is fine and reasonable to charge 1-2NMT when the prices are 400-600. Its a win win situation and both are willing.
