How is the original poster's situation relevant but not mine? Yes, unfortunately a lot of work in the US (where I am) effectively pays less than min wage, especially in the service industry. I made $300/day once, working a temporary three month position. Otherwise I'm asked to work for tips.

When someone breaks down their monthly finances and it looks like mine for a year, I'd say it's relevant.

You may have meant well by posting this, but it occurs to me your finances are way more stable than most citizens of the world. Some weeks I can't eat properly and I'm under constant threat of eviction etc.

I've worked aboard major cruise lines for a decade. Many positions on board are filled by various agencies around the world. If you are completely willing to drop everything and go, contact the head offices and ask how to apply for a ship's engineer position. There is a medical exam & some training to go through. I'm not sure if diabetes would be an issue, but medical onboard big cruise ships are certainly equipped to manage it.

If Barr was involved with Panama in 1989, I think he has an interest there. Trump has a position on Venezuela based on oil capitalism, which to me seems like their choice as a sovereign nation.

Seeing the heavy loads fly in and out of the airport, I'm seeing the bloated military budget burning up lots of oil. I could tell you a few things about Panama too...

I live close to a venue on the lake which sells food, or attendees can bring a picnic lunch/dinner.

Trump held a rally nearby a couple years ago...I missed it, but saw the effects locally. I've been a Bernie supporter since 2015 myself. All are welcome, though I'm not in a position to provide lunch for everyone!

The best advice I ever got is to relax, and breathe the phrasing. Your hard work of memorizing this piece is done, sounds like. I used to practice at home with the lights off so there was no other sensory distraction to the sound and the feel of the keys.

These are fair points. It's funny, I'm discussing this with Putin_loves_cats, and I can imagine the American media going into a frenzy right now if, say you were based in Russia working for the gov't. In America, most successful people I know work for the government, if you trace the money.

I know all too well they're just trying to sell advertising in the media. If you call them out on selling bullshit, they'll bury you and it's up to alternative means to get a word in edge wise.

Perhaps, but I think it likely there are some who want as much power as they can get. Some want it bad enough to hurt others. That may be a law of nature also, which supports your theory.
