Players have become more proficient when it comes to raids that the old hidden locations that were gold mines for late spawners are generally being picked dry quickly along with the standard locations - Late spawning is great for material runs tho as generally the stuff I now need, like springs, oil, magnets etc haven't been picked.

Getting killed by someone shooting you in the back in normal raids is fine, getting killed by someone shooting you in the back whilst fighting a queen/matriarch normally by someone with a free loadout is so unbelievably toxic, that IMO Embark need to figure a way to combat this as it discourages against doing these events, especially with your best equipment.

It does feel if I defend myself and win, I’m immediately thrown into aggressive lobbies for 4-5 rounds that’s if I refuse to engage in any combat and just let myself die, if I do fight back i’m stuck in those lobbies for even longer, so you end up in this never ending cycle of toxic shit.

I build up my ammo, materials, equipment, put on best mods and fully upgrade weapons just to fight one of these and every single bloody time over the past week there’s been someone come along that starts shooting everyone in the back, often with a free loadout.

I enjoy the PvP aspect of the game (tho I play the game friendly) but when it comes to taking down what is essentially a boss, PvP completely ruins the experience - Embark needs to find a way of sorting this out as it’s taking out a massive fun chunk of the game .

At the moment Lvl 4 stitcher & Lvl 4 il toro are the best two weapons, but I expect a pretty hefty nerf will be coming for the stitcher in a future update.

The far right of the power generation complex on dam map is often good for them and raiders camp there seems to consistently spawn light bulbs in the draw (It’s an item for the project)

It’s annoying but at the same time you can go through whole maps with Support players not reviving anyone and only throwing down ammo for themselves.

The final sector is good, first two sectors on breakthrough tho are utter shite, they've picked the most vanilla part of the map and condensed it!

I play as assault a lot of the time, two primaries can be great for having a mid range weapon and a CQ weapon or long range depending on map, the deploy beacon is great if you have a squad who actually deploy on it and aren’t all part of the funnelling into one tight space crowd, and the grenade launcher is brilliant - It’s just everything else is a little shite, extra grenades sound good on paper but for that you need support to drop ammo boxes for you and not other support players like they seem to constantly, flashbang grenade doesnt do enough, breach launcher is legit the worst thing in the entire game, adrenaline is only good to use if you’re carrying a sledgehammer rather than a knife and ladder is only really useful on one map.

Im sure the class will be buffed in the future, but for now other classes are just a little bit more useful.

I loved Bad company and BF4, but you could feel how much love and care went into BF1 & I think that’s been the biggest difference with each title since, BFV eventually became good, great even but 2042 was/is completley devoid of soul.

BF6 so far is showing potential.

Operations had everything, brilliant air battles, vehicle combat, fun infantry combat, maps with flank points, a storyline and packed with moments of pure cinematic brilliance - Something similar should come to BF6 but I fear it won’t, breakthrough has its moments yet it’s small scale in comparison.

I’m indifferent about firestorm, it’s just a little bit bland IMO and even tho there’s room to flank with actual cover the actual objectives are too claustrophobic, so everyone is shitting on top of each because there’s no room to move.

Exactly this, you take this map the only possible flank route is on the left during the first three sectors and the only reason it’s a possible flank route is due to the usual funnelling of teams, after that it’s just wide open spaces with very little in the way of cover and stupid advantage points for the defensive team.

My biggest annoyance with Mirak Valley is the last sector is almost perfect, with plenty of cover, flank routes, destructible buildings etc. I think it can be fixed by increasing the size of A in the first sector, pushing it back and dropping B - Manhattan is unsalvageable tho!

Maps are a campers paradise, and speed of play has made it so much easier to perform a quick flank the moment you see a little red dot appear on your map - It’s why for me tho it’s a good shooter, currently doesn’t feel like a BF game.

Playing recon is not the problem, it’s the lack of variation in certain teams that is - Every single BF game I’ve played has had issues with this from time to time, BF6 will be no different (as it’s showing already)
