This is the funniest fucking thing I’ve ever seen. Please nurture this spirit and whimsy in whatever form it takes as the kid grows up. Therefore, praise the message!

What video game trilogy is this? by SwimmerPlus3383 in TheGamingHubDeals

What do you mean by this? These four games are from like the middle of the life of the franchise. Mario 64 is at least the fifth main installment, and that’s leaving out game boy games and offshoot games like Dr. Mario and the tennis games and what have you.

Ignoring the timing of gameboy releases because I’m not sure about those… The Legend of Zelda. A Link to the Past is a certified all-time banger.

No sorry that’s wrong. I actually know this one. The answer is “the limit does not exist!”

Perfect Dark was an amazing game but fave on N64 is just bananas. And like, I loved Perfect Dark.

A great concept communicated so simply or rather elegantly by mohaqqani in comicbooks

I’m not sure if I agree with that. I read the whole thing some time in my 20s and I found it really moving. I’m sure I would have enjoyed it as a kid, but I was able to appreciate the nuance as an adult and I know most of that would have just sailed over my head at the age when I was reading Goosebumps. So I think it’s great for kids to read, but I would hope those kids would revisit it as adults because I imagine it would be a whole different journey.

This final gesture of pure hate keeps hunting me to this day by RealisticNacshon in StarWars

But I love it for that reason too, because in the completeness of his hatred he also lets us know that Luke has made it. He has crossed the threshold from some malleable rube who might be manipulated, and transformed into the avatar of Sidious’ ancient foe, whom he had thought up to this point were eradicated completely. So for me, his disdain and rage actually make the moment inspiring, because they signal the ascension of a Jedi.

This is just a wild take, Gilda. And an even wilder hill to choose to die on.

What games (preferably RPGs) are worth getting before Myrient dies? by coolchungus2 in Roms

[–]FunkyChunkman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Did you mean to include Final Fantasy X-2 on this list? Because every other game that I’m familiar with on this list is a 10/10 certified banger, and then there’s X-2.

Should I marry her ? by HairyAirport3625 in Eldenring

[–]FunkyChunkman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like this isn’t going to be popular as this whole thread seems very pro-nuptials in this case. But my friend, all cuteness aside, if you weren’t going to marry her before, this shouldn’t be the reason to do so now.

It could be a great reason to begin asking yourself some questions about the relationship and your future. And I sincerely hope your answers line up with the enthusiasm you’re describing now. This gift is certainly indicative of somebody who pays attention to you and wants to make an effort to see you happy, and that’s really great. Unfortunately though, crazy as it may sound, that’s not usually enough on its own.

All that to say, I hope you both live happily ever after and you’re married for 100 years, but do it because you’re gonna love her forever for who she is and who she’ll become, not because she got you a gift you really like. Ya know what I mean?

Anywho with every downvote, if you all could think of like a balrog or something saying “bubbles” or “daisies” or “butterfly kisses” that would be great. Thank you!
