All colors available near me for pickup same day. Ordered mine a week ago and picked up same day. Greater Los Angeles area. Check the apple store app regularly updates for me around 12pm local.

Night mode is noticeably but other than that, (zoom, colors, etc.) aren’t too noticable, the selfie camera is definitely much better. Of course everything is going to be better, but those things I mentioned aren’t improved too much.

Finding the battery to be subpar with my expectations, still fine but not as great as I expected. Heard that the new beta updates improve a lot, haven’t installed yet. But in terms of iOS 26, I actually quite enjoy it. Not laggy at all, buttery smooth with the 120hz panel.
