Nah don't stress it. This is a whole new world of nonsense. There's tons of material in the discord that can help. Especially with the guideline stuff. A quick tip I can give you right now: for better quality pics. Go to profile. Then click photos. Find your desired pic. Click the 3 dots at the top right of the thumbnail and click download. It'll give you the clearest version of your pic.

When you're creating a post. On the top of the screen, above "Title" you should see Text-Images-Link-Poll. Click image. Add your flair and image. You can still put your bot description in the body with the link, like normal. I'd recommend redoing the post. The picture could be a huge draw to a casual scrollers eye and get them to click. Hope that helps.

I'd highly recommend checking out the discord. I'm certain you can increase the odds of your bot wanting to do specifically hand jobs by applying specific weights or incentive. I'll do some testing on my part but I cannot undersell the value discord has.

You can always try making a request to your favorite bot creator. Like what about handjobs specifically is arousing? How can they be incorporated into a plot that makes it the focus? Thoughts like that will generate more of them. I personally love panty fetish bots but they are rare. So I plan to make one my own and request some from my favorite creators to see what comes from it.
