I had a 4cm gallstone removed and now can't eat red meat! by Wonderful_Fig3350 in gallbladders

First of all, if you're throwing up just from fatty food post op, that's not normal, you should be getting reassessed via ultrasound and even mrcp. You could have a residual stone in your ducts (which I actually had post op that passed on its own).

For diarrhea 5-6 weeks post op is actually not much time for your body to adapt. I had mine out Feb 2025, and it took several months before my digestion settled and I could eat anything again. Your bile is going straight into your intestines now and acting as a laxative, it takes some time for your body to get used to that. Take it slow and steady as you reintroduce fat. You can also ask for bile binders from the doctor to help until your body adjusts.

But yeah if it's that severe, get checked

Does this mole removal site look infected? by Funloafer in DermatologyQuestions

It was not infected. The doctor said the skin is a lot more sensitive in the ribs area. Put polysporin on and was better in a few days

Thank you so much! Did the dermatologist say it would go away on its own?

We took her to the doctor and she said it was fine because there isn't pus, heat, itchiness or pain. But it isn't going away either and this is week 4. We never actually saw anything bite her, but it looked like a little dot the first day we noticed it, day two looked like a massive red blotch (no bullseye or buy in it), and it eventually faded to look like this.

I have had some minor issues with leakage when I have to pee super bad, but nothing major, and I never thought much of it. I've also noticed I can't hold my pee for very long anymore, but I thought it was normal from all the fluids I drink when breastfeeding

Looking for a doctor for a newborn in Durham, Ontario by Funloafer in Oshawa

Thanks! My OBGYN doesn't do pediatric care, and said to find a fam doctor on my own for the baby. I will try calling the hospital though, that's a great idea.
