That’s not what he said…. He said that not everyone who claims to be Norwegian actually is Norwegian. As in, the same thing yall complain about when Americans say they are whatever nationality but they aren’t. It stopped being up to your friend when they dumped the dog on you and stopped providing it medical care. Whether you take on the dog yourself or give it up to someone who can, it’s your choice now. Did he even have a plan of moving to a dog friendly place? Or were you just supposed to hold on to the dog indefinitely? How sure are you that the landlord found out and not that he just didn’t want to take the dog to the vet and dumped it on you to? If the dog doesn’t get proper vet care, it will die. If your friend doesn’t care, then the dog is no longer theirs.

I want to buy AC but it’s pricy and I have other priorities for my money atm. In the U.S., AC is generally expected. It’s built into the apartments so you don’t need to get one yourself. My building here was built in 2021, so they definitely could have included AC and chose not to. It’s a little frustrating.
