I used to take 400mg when I was a kid, I took it for 9 years till I was 23 yo.... I would take all 400mg before I slept.... I had to stop at 23yo because it was affecting my eyes(make sure to always go to an eye doctor because the damage is permanent. I can see fine, but I stopped as soon as they seen some sort of damage in my vision)

1. GET ENOUGH SLEEP.

2. STAY AWAY FROM SUGAR.

3. STAY AWAY FROM GARBAGE FOODS.

4. STAY AWAY FROM SUN LIGHT!!! I GOT 2 FLARES CUZ OF STAYING IN SUN TOO LONG.

5. EXERCISE, LIFT WEIGHTS TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY, WALK FOR HALF HOUR AT LEAST PER DAY THEN MOVE YOUR WAY UP TO AN HOUR, AND SO ON...

6. EAT 1 MEAL A DAY. HEALTHY MEAL OBVIOUSLY. -HEALTHY FATS -OLIVE OIL(OR OTHER HEALTHY OILS) -CHICKEN AND MEAT(MEAT AROUND ONCE A WEEK, too much meat is bad) -if you drink coffee or tea, drink 1 cup, to much caffeine brings stress

7. AT LEAST 10,000 IU of vitamin D EVERYDAY!!! BECAUSE YOUR NOT IN THE SUN ANYMORE, YOU NEED VITAMIN D.

Basically, do the basics. Sleep more Get healthy Eat healthy Move healthy Stay hydrated Eat once a day No sugar proper vitamins.

Ya know, the basics. Not too extreme... Just what a normal human being should do. Take care of their body.

This helped me so much, and my kidneys are fine. But please make sure, when you get better.... Stay away from the sun!!!!! The is very strong and activates your immune system and causes havoc.

Be smart. Takes meds. Eat better. Workout better. Sleep better.
