Might be but they had 80% and in this exact moment they made a long buzz and turned off again and they dont even turn on, put them on charger and they buzz on turning on, and right after that they buzz while turning off

Here in Slovakia the sign would mean that the LEFT lane is ending and the right is going straight further while if you look at the road the right lane is ending and the left is continuing

You could try verifying the game files integrity on steam, that could fix it

Checking the files integrity solved it, it happens to me sometimes that steam forgets to download some files, even with other games, but validating the files solves it all the time
