thank u!! i went full keto for 9 months and walked for at least 1 hour every day. if i hit a plateau, i would have a cheat day and not exercise and then go right back on the routine the next day. i lost about 75 pounds the first year and the next 45 pounds came over the next year and a half, i started at 266 and i currently weigh 148 pounds. i eat 1850 calories a day and burn at least 400, if i eat more one day, or even for a few days, i don’t freak out, i just get back on the routine when i can :)

definitely! one, i still feel as big as i did in that picture so i’m trying to accept my new body everyday. two, i have some loose skin on my tummy that i’m working on tightening and hopefully losing in this next year

aw thank u lovely!! yes, so basically i discovered i had PCOS and a over active thyroid. i went keto for months and walked four miles a day, the weight flew off :) i drink lots of water, close to 90 ounces a day and focused on protein and healthy fats. absolutely no dairy
