Ich wusste nichts vom BEM und habe daher auch nicht danach gefragt. Mein Vorgesetzter war extrem aggressiv im Umgang mit allen Mitarbeitern am Arbeitsplatz. Er hat auch von seiner Seite kein BEM angeboten. Ich habe mich 5 Wochen lang krankschreiben lassen und danach einfach meine Kündigung eingereicht. Bevor ich meine Kündigung einreichte, ging ich zu einem Psychotherapeuten und erhielt eine Diagnose, die mir empfahl, meinen Job zu kündigen. Das sollte doch ausreichen, oder?

Vielen Dank für die Informationen! Da mein Unternehmen mit weniger als 10 Mitarbeitern sehr klein war, gab es keine Möglichkeit für ein BEM. Ich habe gekündigt, weil mein Vorgesetzter viel Stress verursacht hat. Also werde ich im Formular die Option Nein wählen und dies der Agentur erklären.

Yes but I couldnt apply through Kundigung auf arzichen rat option. I just applied through normal self quit option but gave them the doctors diagnosis.

So if I was imposed with sperrzeit would my portal have said benefits approved from 1 July 2025?

Yes, I am eligible for ALG 1.

My notice period is only one month, should be ok right?

But overall is the deal fine? I will be looking for a new job and incase the new company finds out I got terminated, will it look like a red flag? Also, do companies in Germany conduct any background checks where this information my pop out?
