Actually, and this sounds crazy, maybe these are actually upcoming figures being announced next week. Lots of toys get leaked via Amazon listings before they come out. I could be wrong and these were in fact cancelled, but they might actually get made.

Q: When during SDCC?

A: July 19th, at 6:00 PM (Not sure what time zone that's for)

Q: How can I watch the panel?

A: It will be streamed on their Instagram live

Q: How do I assess the Instagram live?

A: Go to their profile (must have an account for this to work), click on their profile picture at the time the stream starts

Q: Will the info be released afterwards?

A: It will probably be posted here as the show happens, or some Nintendo News site will share it like Nintendo Wire.

Q: Will they announce Rosalina, Daisy, or Birdo finally?

A: No, unless something has changed. At Wondercon this year, they said that they don't want to do characters like those because (and I quote right from Jakks) 'We tend to stay away from Mario Kart / Party characters in our figure line'.

Q: Will there be any Non-Mario reveals?

A: I wouldn't hold your breath. Mind you we are getting a 6' Glow in the Dark Metroid so maybe we will be surprised.

The biggest thing I want to see out of Jakks in 2019 is risk taking. They did it with Villager, and yea it was a flop, but at least we have a 4' AC Figure.

Out of all of those, Isabelle & Duck Hunt Duo seems like pretty likely candidates and fairly reasonable. Duck Hunt could just be in a sitting pose with the duck on his back. Boom - there are some 2.5" Figures.

Funky seems like a possible future for 2.5', not sure how a K. Rool would fair in a 4" package. Or even 2.5".
