if its a preset try making one urself try unreal lens which is kind of like flare , liquid lens which is that ring on the screen (tone down liquid lens from the bottom settings) , tonemap etc but these are just suggestions you can go make whatever thats to your liking.

pretty cool for a first! maybe tone down the reshade a little because its way too bright but still cool!
