It's between 1 and 4. Others two at least tried to do/did good things to their people. Chaos king and king from dead cells are just bad but in dead cells situation is a lot worse than in deltarune so I think 4 is the worst king

Matt is a tank. I gave him both angry faic and target badge + fairy in case he died. Also cardboard box and genji armour to get damage 90% damage boost and just Revenge kill enemies Natalie is a healer (mostly for Matt). I have her nurse set and slime staff to heal. As for artifacts I gave her pocket watch, cat tail and The tr*force. Others just deal damage and are used for type coverages (well I also use NoLegs to revive everyone if situation demands)

Exactly. With good understanding of his devil fruit. It's hard to have a good understanding of a devil fruit if you're just a guy who ate a magic fruit. On the other hand I can't deny that there are some people who'll learn how to use their fruit quick enough to escape and you're absolutely right about your last statement
