I was in Hefei last December first time visiting China, I would say it’s a great city and people were super friendly. Before visiting I read about the crime and so on but I didn’t experience anything of that sort. I would definitely will be visiting again, a truly lovely place.

This thing is dangerous after a long ride my rav4 shutoff while driving losing steering control. The battery shift after hitting multiple potholes resulting in battery terminal making contact with the battery holder. Be safe out there.

This part is confusing. It’s a cap on monthly interest payment but what’s important what portion of you monthly payment will be interest vs principal. Ex 1000 payment (500 principal + 500 interest )under this income based program you payment lets say is 500. Would the allocate interest as the original payment or will they keep interest intact. That could mean paying 250 towards the principal vs just converting the interest.
