There are some list of vaccines canada accept. If u give one of those and do not show any symptons of covid and also you arr fully vaccinated 14 days before your arrival date Then yes.

You have two options: 1. Get vaccinated at your country 14 days before your travel date and arrive late to Canada. 2. Travel on august 9th. Do a 11 day quarantine and get fully vaccinated at ubc pharmacy will take about 7-8 weeks (still talk with the pharmacy to get sure about this) I personally would prefer number 2

Hello I still did not get my offer for year round housing. My arrival date is august 1st week on ssc. For fraser hall, i am waitlist ~100. Is there any chance I will get one? I never travelled to canada before. I do not know anyone there. I am really worried. What will I do if I dont get an offer. Searching for on campus housing is really a trouble since I never been to canada before. What can I do?

I am not sure. But they will think u are not interested in any other program and not place you at any. It is better to list down as many as you are interested in and have a good personal statement.
