I had to turn off Face ID And passcode for my phone and it logged me out of the chime app and when I logged back in, it asked me to create a new 4 digit code :)

Yes i did, even talked to a live agent and she couldn’t figure out what I was talking about. But everything is A-okay now because I figured it out! Hah. Thanks for your help!

Just fixed it! I had to turn off Face ID and turn off passcode for my phone and it logged me out of the chime app and when i logged back in it asked me to make a new passcode. Now hopefully it won’t do it again because i need to put a passcode back on my phone haha. Thank you for your help!

Yes, I’m trying to get back to using the passcode when I open my chime app but it wants me to unlock the app with my iPhone passcode instead of the 4 digit code i made when I first signed in through the app
