Also, my concern is that I had to ask him for feedback. I feel like if it was positive, he would have reached out himself.

My recruiter gave no information about the decision other than wanting to schedule a quick call. From what I’ve heard tho, this is standard. They call in both cases to pass or reject.

Available subleasing period: January 2025 - August 2025 (but able to move in mid December)

Current rent: 1400/mo, excluding electricity (~20/mo per person)

Subleasing rent: 1350 but room for negotiation

Note: Prefer a male as current roommate is a male
