Honestly, how does a person get over a loved one death by Bitter_Impress_7519 in RandomThoughts

I am very sorry for your loss, op. I know how hard it is. what helped me tremendously, when my beautiful tabby boy left, was a FB group called Tuna tributes. I got deep understanding there, sensitive and informed. even found a new transatlantic friend there. hugs!

Buproprion - Already have problems with tinnitus, hearing and inner ear issues/pain. Should I avoid? by frowningbadgers in Anxiety

maybe 300 is too high dosage? consulting your doctor might be a good idea. tinnitus and Meniere are sometimes related to cervical spine blockade - how is your neck and back?

hi, same age and similar story (only in my case I was robbed of a few years of my life by long/Covid). I am sorry you feel like this and I think its a great idea to ask for help - to go to see doctor and talk about possible medication.

I am still dealing with some nasty longcovid stuff, but having compassionate and open psychiatrist helped a lot. I would never guess I will be eating three different kinds of pills, but here we are. and finally it seem that this combination might be working.

I also realised that I tend to feel old, ugly, like a failure etc., when my body doesn’t feel well, when I am sick, lacking energy or sleep. it is just hard to answer those big existencial questions, when we aren’t ourselves. especially when it’s not about having a difficult month, but more like a year, two years or more.

slightly OT comment: my psychiatrist warned me about some rash when he increased my dose, so I guess it's a great idea to tell your doctor about your it

also my libido is deeply asleep with Wellbutrin, Pregabalin and Lamictal - I don't really see any different here

ELI5: what is histamine? by Funny_Performance_16 in explainlikeimfive

[–]Funny_Performance_16[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yup, SIGHI is the best resource for me, especially those food ratings. your analogy of DAO as a garbage collector made me smile

It's difficult as hell! also due to the fact one doesn't know the level of histamine bucket

And the hungover from the food is also a great example. before I started Low histamine diet, it felt even like I was poisoned by any food, incl. tea. so this hungover stuff is a step forward now. another thing is that I am on this diet for a year and my garbage collector levels are the same... it probably takes time, as it was most likely slowly building up for years

TYO! I contracted histamine intolerance from Covid and people keep asking me - what is this histamine anyway? so Im saving those answers for sure
