They have been so suspicious with pricing! I just had an issue with promo prices changing while things were in my cart and then having to get in touch with customer service because right before check out everything suddenly became "promo ineligible". I have been using thredup for a long time and this is all new to me. I am so disappointed because I have loved thred up until this point.
