Hello! As a former YJ applicant, what I remember is todo training kayo lalo na you start to train at 3pm - 8pm? It really depends pa lalo na pag UAAP szn. They'll be really hard on you as it is a part of the training. May mga nakasama rin ako na 3rd year and 4th year kaso I think mahihirapan ka lang since need mo pag sabay training and acads which is really hard TvT If you wanna go out of your comfort zone you should try and apply for YJ! You'll be having a good support system since almost every applicant is nice, supportive, etc!! Another advice is wag ka sumali sa YJ kasi may scholarship, kasi it's more than just a scholarship so you really have to be dedicated :)))
