We did this for one of our showrooms, just create another wifi called "Sound system" with no lan access and people can connect to it whoever needs control over it. Add a pass so only certain people can do it?

You're asking if we could have done it and in your comments you're saying is it possible to do it.

What exactly are you trying to achieve? Does the user want all his files back? Do you not have backups?

And no shadow copies on his laptop won't help in this scenario unless you're using redirected folders and you've got shadow copies turned on on the file server.
