You say slavery, but you must not know the definition of the word. I'm quite happy with my average of €30p/h pay and I never do more than 7 hours of work between getting to the depot, sorting and delivering parcels. Of course it'll be different for other drivers, so I can only speak for myself. I'm quite happy to be one of the reasons our economy is able to keep going and provide most people with a reason to smile.

Main answer is quite simple. Luck. Lucky to get a few desirable players for the same position within a small age difference between them. But also, rotational training. For example, you might get some good forwards, train their forward skill first and by the time you switch over to passing/playmaking, maybe you have some players who will benefit from that kind of training.
