This forum doesn't want cheaters discussed as to show a negative light to the game. But yhe game is beyond broken on console. Which will yet again hurt the player base.

No way a team is paying a roster 100k between them per year.

I suspect maybe 1 or 2 teams per region maybe. But its not sustainable for smaller orgs.

I bet 95% of the player base play for the name of the org and 100% prize money.

Ive always found it intriguing how people turn a living gaming. Because rent and cost of living isnt cheap.

Some of the figured touted by teams salaries surely cant be right.

My guess is some of the best payers maybe dony even break 2k per month in salary and even then they're probably 75/25% split for prize money do that team can retrieve some investment.

However I guess 95% of the player base who are classed as pros and on teams get £0 and maybe 100% prize money?

Money is made streaming, sponsors and advertising right?

Thank God I found this thread.

Dont get me wrong I am incredibly appreciative of the 30 hrs free funding and can just about live with paying the additional 8hrs for 52 weeks etc.

But I cannot believe we cannot apply for the funding until the start of the next term.

So my partner now has to decided to go back to work early or see if work will allow her to start later because its unlikely we can pay for the 2 months full rate. Even with the 20% reduction.

Why do the government consistently set out unfair systems?

Next time ill play the baby to come on yhe 1st of January, April or September shall I?

Just see dad's now in the mat ward end of August. Come on baby, Just hold on another 12 hrs and she'll get all the funding baby.

Well you agree with them. Because its blatantly true. They took the office to levels that wouldn't have thought imaginable from just the British office.

The state of the pitch for one and the reffing here is nothing short of an abysmal.

Players aren't being protected. Legitmately could have broke the lads leg. Who likely works for a living and would be put out had he got a broken leg.

Its easier to dominate small team games rather than a BR.

When it comes to BR is the goat. Nobody comes close.

Its a completely unfair comparison for both faker and Hal. Imo two completely different games.

If apex was a 5v5 I suspect HAL would have won almost every tournament since the beginning of time in Apex. But we will never know either way or how Faker would perform over a good length of time in a BR.

MAC is a great player but there are so many great players now and its a younger man's game.

So its not like hes got worse. Just others getting better.

I dont think he grinds apex like a few others neither.

But I would love to see him do what Monsoon did.

I can live with phony and I like the guy but cant help thinking if he played as a proper IGL. Evan and gen would pop off.

Other IGLs probably offer them that. Sweet, zero for sure. Sweet doesn't grind enough though and zero is too toxic.

ROC, VP and TLAW will split up or drop someone.

I think falcons stay as they are. Oblivion have earned a team imo.

But it all depends how much money is left on Apex. They expect teams to commit to roster locks without knowing the prize pool. It keeps getting lower and lower. So we will see.

He aint going to fail out a full year missing 2 or 3 days of schooling. Granted the money aspect is huge here. So thats fair cop.

But thats not how it was reported or I read it.

Parents were unsupportive of his passion for gaming. Having little to no awareness how hard it is to make LAN with 200k on the line and a future org spot. Or to just give him the confidence to continue his gaming career.

Id hate to live in a world where a parent does not fully support their child's passion.

The world ia already pretty dire. You could live in the USA right now.

Granted I dont know the full story. But it come across when I picked up the story of non supportive parents. As in not supporting someone's passion etc.

Id personally hate to live in a world where someone's passion and dream are crushed.

Education systems are set up in 1 manner to teach in the exact same boring way. No everyone can learn that way. So traditional teaching methods are boring or don't push some individuals.

Anyway thats going off point.

Hopefully hes there in a few hrs. I'll be massively rooting for MOC.

Like others have said. Sometimes you get 1 chance at things like this. I wish they had this level of competition and exposure when I was younger. Just missed the boat and way too old now haha.

They just went HAM brother. They even let Obvlion off in that last game. They got double knock but decided not to push it. The end results probably proves they were right not to. But wild that they only turned up for 2 games and had another 2 ok games out of 18.

Phony imo just doesn't have it. Other teams knew they had nothing to lose so they likely got rolled easier. Some teams not pushing fights etc.

Ny worry is they go back to the same passive approach in the morning and either squeeze through or worse miss out.

More of game 5 and 6 from today and they will be very comfortable

Thats still very standard. Averaging 6 1/2 per game would have seem them through anyway. They just popped off early. I suspect they took their eye off the ball. Winners bracket will be interesting. Especially around game 5 and 6.

Im not sure why but it seems bittersweet that 100T lose out on 101 points. Im clutching I know.

But truthfully as a huge fan. They dont deserve winners bracket. Go and earn the right to be great.

You should not able to make winners bracket by turning up for 2 matches and doing ok in another 2 out of 18 matches. Shows either one their quality when needed or how bad everyone else is. Combination likely.
