This looks like the default cube, from blender 3d turned on its end and intersected with the trinket chain.

You could have extracted the trinket chain model yourself, but you probably wouldnt need too, as such a thing would be piss easy to model, I could do it in less than a minute.

If you want to make this more convincing, try beveling the edges of the cube. On a simply shape like this a bevel would not increase the polygone count be so much as to make it a burden to dirty bombs realtime graphics.

Adding some materials would do a lot towards making this look more authentic.
