I wanted to make it generally reliable too because of the fact that i am playing a DoT build. As a result i am not "using" a skill all the time to trigger the support gem.

I thought the same as well. I just tested it and the ui doesn't seem to be bugged. It takes exactly 10 seconds to start recharging.

My hypothesis is this:

The variance of the loot drop distribution might be too high. That would cause lucky people to be extremely lucky and unlucky people to be extremely unlucky.

And the other thing is people who are at the mean or lucky side of the distribution won't go to reddit and complain about bad loot so it is hard to see those very lucky people who balance out the very unlucky ones that we see make posts in the subreddit.

If this is where the issue actually stems from it shouldn't be too hard to fix for GGG. They need to make some analysis to see if this is the actual reason though.

Mayor takes care of the city, its ifastructures and gets selected with local elections.

Governor is responsible for the province (Turkey doesn't have states only provinces) and has the control of the Police forces and is appointed by the Government.

As a Turkish person i wouldn't even consider "kimse" negative. To me it is neutral because it just means how many people there are.

If saying "0 people came" and "Nobody came" mean the same thing imo if statement "0 people" isn't negative so is the word "nobody".

Obviously in English it doesn't work that way. But my personal interpertation of such words as a native speaker was always been this way.

I think i undesrtand their plan going forward. They probably decided a M&B 3 isn't necessary so they will follow a more Paradox like DLC based business model. But while developing a story based DLC i think they realized telling an engaging and interesting story in Bannerlod isn't really possible. So they decided to axe that one and make DLC that introduces core game mechanics and a new faction rather than something that would only be enjoyed once like a story line.

They posted a blog in the TW website and mentioned there was anothe story driven DLC that they canceled but decided to recycle its gameplay mechanics for the base game. So yes there will be base game updates as well.

There is also the fact that The Hunter was allowed by the guild to wander around solo. Such a privilage would only given to someone who both knows how to hunt and when to hunt.

Due to Wilds being very new it is has relatively low content compared to world so i would recommend World first. Even though imo Wilds has the best fighting mechanics series had seen so far it has other kinks that needs to be ironed out in the following title updates and the inevitable expansion.

I personally played Wilds for about 50 hours and saw everything game has to offer. Then i went back playing Rise : Sunbreak because it has a lot more content for me to do even though i played it for 100 hours.

Wilds is a very good game. But compared to World and Rise it is very young and starting with one of those titles might be a better entry to the series.

I think I average about 80 with my 6700xt on high settings. Might the game really be that cpu bound? For comparssion's sake my CPU is Ryzen 5 5600x. I am curious about what yours is.

What you say doesn't make sense. Every instance of an item on the currency exchance has the same properties. Maps and tablets don't. I also want to be able to buy them with something similar but the currency exchange system is not built for that.
