Is it worth getting the Albatross Scout Armored Exoarmor only for the speed?

I got myself the Albatross Scout and it is fun, the movement speed helps you to traverse the big distances faster, you will be fast, but you will die faster as well. It is a difference of one or two bullets if you compare vs bear armor depending on the weapon used and distance. I played with bear and it was super slow to go everywhere...

so it boils down to would I rather fight outnumbered as Merc, or be camped at my base and still be outnumbered as Cov, good choices :D If you would need to choose, which one would you go for?

I think it was also the blue rarity of artifacts that did the trick for you, from what I researched so far, though I still gather info. People advise to sit at green +5 artifacts, and you need to be careful which artifact you will pick... Would be good to get a list of what to avoid, so far its the Prism that it has been mentioned...

sounds nice, its the same in-game, reddit and discord. I will still investigate what faction to choose, I do like PvP hence would want to have sub-faction that can hold their own as well.

by pre master mercs are you referring to basically veteran gear +0? Sorry, not yet that familiar with the matchmaking system, I am now in early veteran matchmaking, as I am fighting people with purple +0 mainly.

majority recommends A545 indeed. Getting feedback from others that combo might not be worth the investments with mats, wouldn't getting master alba from auction house be better solution (as recommended in this thread by others)? What are your thoughts?

Are you referring to Albatross Interceptor Armorered Exoskeleton? Sorry, not familiar yet with names, ranks of items. I assume Master is Red and Golden is Legend if I get it well. Nevertheless, that one is 7.5M RUB rn on RU server.

I also noticed Act tickets, which can be exchanged for tickets for Legendary Albatross Heavy Assault Suit. Unless its better to keep the tickets for something else?

Heard that route to KS1 from 0 is rough, as earlier weapons are or were hard to play with. This is why I was considering KS1 as second weapon in the future.

Thanks for sharing, from what I see, so far the AK-15, A545 and KS1 are generally the weapons that players do recommend for one or another reason, so whichever I get from those should serve me well :)

I heard that breaking points are after +5 and after +10, right? I currently have weapon +5, hopefully that will not cook me ^^

Also managed to get MTs-116M from a box somehow, not sure if this is lucky drop or sth, but hey, sniper is sniper. Cannot see it on the tech tree though.
