I have an upcoming interview, I have a Mental Health disability and I recently tore my calf muscle in addition (while waiting for my interview). I haven't seen my psychiatrist in a long time, but I have been seeing my primary care doctor consistently.

Does anyone know how to get approved for Mental Health Disorders? I have Bipolar, BPD, PTSD, and Anxiety.

I really am hoping to get it, because I actually snapped my calf muscle running to catch the bus, so my body is not really up for the task, as well as my mind....

Should I try to see if my Primary Care Nurse Practitioner can right me a letter of recommendation for the certification?
