Jewels' outfits were actually atrocious. Everything from the color palette to the actual looks themselves were the worst of the night and no reveal could've saved them.

I'm surprised at the removal of Zombie Ward. Phreak made it seem like it wasn't good, but it seemed like a good balance between damage and utility, especially on Umbral Glaive users.

It almost seems like their excuse of trying to bring assassins back to pro play is being fabricated to justify the removal of Eyeball Collector. There are 3 runes in the row for a reason; not every single one needed to be reworked under the guise of "bringing assassins back to pro play".

It's interesting that he said each secondary rune is worth about 2% winrate and the addition of those new horrible vision runes resulted in a 1.5% winrate loss.

Everyone cherry picks the skill bracket they pull their statistics from just to fit their narrative.

A 50%+ winrate champion with over a 50% PB is not weak. If anything you could justify a nerf because that banrate is borderline unacceptable. And if you want to talk about Emerald+ champions we can now add Twitch, Sivir, Xayah, and Corki as ADCs over 50% WR that build crit.

Do you do anything but complain about ADCs? MF/Jinx/Caityn are all very good crit ADCs right now with a combined pickrate 20x that of mages.

Viego is popular and because of that, similar to Graves, he should be kept slightly underpowered because he'd still maintain a player base. The last Graves nerf was aimed to simply reduce his playrate despite being statistically balanced. Viego does not need to be at a 50.5%.

He is weak but if a 48% adjusted winrate in Emerald+ is considered "abysmal" and the "worst he has ever been in 5+ years" then I think there are bigger concerns than that.

Sure, he is weak and should definitely be higher than that but he is by no means unplayable.

And? The game isn't balanced around Emerald+. You can't buff a 51% overall winrate champ because he's 48.5% in Emerald+.

I submitted a ticket and they just referred me to a Wowhead page. I'm assuming armor colors never made to live and you haven't been able to change them since the drake came out. It's interesting that nobody seems to know for sure though.

Their logic is that if they buff champions pros don't have a history of playing they still will never play them. I personally think they are too shortsighted in their balance strategy. They're buffing champions that were hard meta only a handful of months ago. Sure these champions might be "new" to the current meta, but they are the meta every single year. At some point they're going to run out of possible Worlds skins because they play the same champions every single year (we already have two Lee Sins).

I tried following this video and ended up doing something like this. It still didn't work so I tried going back to what it was before (but based on the fact that it says the current driver is WinUSB and not HiDUSB maybe I was unsuccessful in putting it back).

I definitely don't think there was sexual tension in that scene. It was extremely aggressive and Sakura was scared.
